MPAS Annual General Meeting: 3 April 2012
The MPAS Annual General Meeting will be at 5pm, Tuesday, 3 April 2012 at The NUS Society Suntec City Guild House.
The registration of Members begins at 5:30pm with the AGM proper commencing at 6:00pm sharp.
The AGM is expected to last about 1 hour and will be followed by a complimentary MPAS Networking Dinner.
The AGM
The supreme authority of MPAS is vested with its Members at the AGM and the following points will be considered:
- The 2011 financial accounts and annual report of the Committee:
- The election of MPAS office bearers and honorary auditors; and
- Any item submitted by a Member to the Secretary at least one (1) week before the AGM.
At least 25% of the total voting membership, or thirty (30) voting members, whichever is the lesser, must be present at the AGM to form a quorum. Proxies are not construed as part of the quorum.

MPAS AGM Dinner
Immediately following the AGM, MPAS will host a networking dinner for its members.
One (1) complimentary Western set-menu meal is available for each member company that is fully paid-up and has RSVP'ed their attendance by March 27th to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
Members may purchase additional seats for their colleagues at S$50 per person.
- Refreshing tomato, avocado and mozzarella cheese with air flown salad tossed with vinaigrette; or
- Seared spicy crab cake with sesame dressing and petite salad.
- Braised short ribs and mushrooms in red wine accompanied with potato mousse and cherry tomatoes; or
- Flounder fillet topped with creamy truffle Hollandase sauce served with seasonal vegetables; or
- Tandoori spiced chicken glazed with yoghurt sauce served with seasonal vegetables.
- Orange tiramisu with vanilla emulsion
- Coffee, tea, juices, sodas
Members may also purchase beer or wine on their own account at S$19++/jug and S$42++ per bottle.
