ENTER YOUR COMPANY'S OUTSTANDING PROJECTS OR PROGRAMS

IN THE PRESTIGIOUS ASIAN PUBLISHING AWARDS 2008

Dear Publisher,

Your company is eligible to enter one or more of its special publishing projects or programs in the Asian Publishing Awards (APA) 2008, Asia's premier publishing awards program. Many times, a service improvement or a special program that you take for granted turns out to be a winner.

The Awards are organized by OIC EVENTS in cooperation with the Magazine Publishers Association of Singapore (MPAS), Society of Publishers in Asia (SOPA), National Book Development Council of Singapore (NBDC) and the Asian Media Information and Communication Centre (AMIC). The presentation ceremonies will take place during the Gala Dinner of the second annual Asian Publishing Convention (APC) 2008, on August 14 & 15 in Singapore. Hundreds of publishing professionals, industry experts and media will be present.

The Awards recognizes honors and promotes best publishing practices in Asia. The Awards will be given in 6 categories for outstanding: Content Generation, Content Delivery, Design and Layout, Multimedia Advertising, Magazine Franchise, and New Business Models.

Attached is the Official Entry Kit. It contains a Fact Sheet that outlines the search and selection process, an Entry Form and a Project Summary Sheet. To enter, please fill out the Entry Form and the Project Summary Sheet and email it back to us shortly. Supporting materials should follow as soon as possible, but no later than June 6, 2008. You can also enter online at www.publishingconvention.com.

We will keep you informed about progress. There are no entry fees. All we ask is that should your company win, the CEO will make every effort to come to the Awards Night to accept the Award(s).
